I have been with Host Gator for almost 3 months now and I honestly don’t have a bad word to say about them. I first got referred to them from a friend who said they are really good, and after searching Google for a couple hours on the matter I decided id bite the bullet and order the Baby package on shared hosting. With this package comes 600GB of space and 6TB (yes, terabytes) of bandwidth and unlimited domains. Now I know what you’re thinking, your thinking they oversell. Well to be honest with you I don’t have a clue if they do or not. Anyone with a site that uses 6TB of bandwidth a month really should be on a dedicated server not shared hosting.
When I ordered I chose to buy my domain with them too seen as they gave a nice discount. Back then it was my arcade site which is now sold for a nice profit, but that’s beside the point. The grand total came to $15.99 and after thinking it through one more time I excitedly pressed the submit button. I’ve always been a bit weary of what host I go for seen as you hear about so many people getting scammed and ripped off, but Host Gator looked as legit as they can get. My account info came via email within minutes of me ordering; now that’s what you call top notch service! Included was everything I needed to get started, I was away.
I honestly haven’t got a bad word to say about them. They allow the majority of sites and I’ve never seen support so fast or helpful. There’s ALWAYS someone at the other end willing to help you with anything you could ever need. The servers, in case you were wondering, are top notch machines that are never under much load. In my cPanel I can see the load on any individual aspect and everything id always in green. Excellent.
So that’s my review. I hope I’ve encouraged you in some way to consider Host Gator for hosting your websites. You can mark my word, you will not be disappointed.

I had been looking for a trustworthy and reliable Hosting company which would provide me enough space and almost 99.9% uptime. After searching and reading many reviews I decided to get Baby Package of HostGator. My account was set up within 15 minutes and from that time I had not even had any single downtime. The support is simply awesome (had one problem with my wordpress , which was not related to their hosting and they kindly solved my problem)

supports all types of scripts and fantastico deluxe cron jobs,apache handlers, hotlink protection and leeching protection etc
Their ticketing system is efficient and the matter is usually resolved within two days. Mine was a simple matter and their knowledgebase FAQ’s covers most of the teething problems a webmaster usually encounters.
All in all Hostgator is a reliable host and I would recommend it highly.

I have been using the hosting plan of Hostgator for more than a month now and I am very happy with the hosting provider. I had purchased the plan from Hostgator as I had heard a lot of good reviews about their customer service and the great plans that they offer. I haven’t used the customer service yet but their help pages are quite informative and easy to understand. I have had bad experience with other hosting providers with regards to this as their web pages are not up-to-date and they take a hell lot of time in replying back to the emails.
I got the first months hosting almost free using a coupon code and its a good way to test the hosting provider. They offer some great plans and quite a lot of data transfer limit and disk space. In fact, they provide more storage and bandwidth than most of the other hosting providers. I haven’t faced any downtime yet. They offer the latest version of cPanel that is quite easy to use. Plus, the other features are also very useful. Hostgator enjoys good market presence and they are aggressively trying to increase their market share which is a good sign and shows that the hosting provider is here to stay and our websites are in good hands. In short, this web hosting provider is highly recommended.
